
Cynthia Piccini is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Founder of Breathe Easy Therapy Services LLC and Breathe Easy Wellness LLC. It has been a longtime vision of hers to see wellness and therapy combined as one. Peeling back the stigma of therapy and allowing people the space to achieve peace and calm through all situations and daily life. Yoga, mindfulness, touch, massage, relational therapy, and now halotherapy have a special place in creating balance at the center. Her goal is to build a space for all people from different walks of life to feel safe, cared for, and that change is possible.
As a therapist she works with couples, families, and individuals surrounding communication within the relationship, healing and letting go of past hurts, and recapturing the beauty of relationships. In addition, she has worked to help those who are seeking a partnership to build confidence, go introspective about their true desires, and identify how to listen and be heard.
She attended East Stroudsburg University and obtained a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Sociology. Studied at Capella University and obtained her Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy. After becoming a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania she decided to open Breathe Easy Therapy Services LLC . She keeps adding to her portfolio as a therapist in order to be able to change up what style and therapeutic model will best fit her clients. She has completed Levels 1, 2, and 3 Gottman training. In addition she is accustomed to telehealth and has completed the Telemental Health Law and Ethics Provider training in March 2020.
Recently she published a chapter in a book about keeping calm in tough situations. She was also nominated to be in a local magazine’s August 2025 issue which will go to print soon.

Qualities that set her apart are her ability to effortlessly connect with people and her sense of humor which she brings into session when appropriate. She loves to cook, spend time with family, write, and take walks with the family dog Ginger.
